Making a warranty claim

If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, follow the process set out in that warranty and:

• complete our return of goods form; and
• provide proof of the claimed defect, such as a photograph of any damage.

What happens next?

Once we have considered a claim, we will notify the purchaser of the outcome. Warranty assessment and duration can vary by product and manufacturer.
