Shipping times

Domestic orders

Domestic shipping generally takes one to five business days from the time a product is dispatched from our warehouse.

International orders

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of your order and your delivery location. Enter your delivery address into the shipping estimator on our website to view the applicable charges.

From time to time, complimentary shipping may be available within 30km of your nearest KC Equipment branch, with fixed fees available within 50km or 100km. These offers are subject to availability and exclude remote islands where ferry fees apply. Contact your nearest KC Equipment branch for clarification or alternative shipping options.

Delivery and collection

You can collect products directly from our stores or request delivery. If you request delivery, we will confirm that we can deliver to your nominated address after your order is submitted. We will only process payment once delivery has been confirmed.

Orders may be delivered locally by KC Equipment or by a reputable courier company. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

You must make the arrangements needed to accept delivery at your nominated address. If delivery cannot be completed, additional costs such as redelivery charges may apply. These charges are available on application.

If you ask us to deliver to a third party or a site, delivery occurs when we leave the products with that third party or at the nominated site.

Cancelling or changing an order

If you need to change or cancel an order after payment has been processed, email [email protected] immediately. We will try to accommodate your request, but an order cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been dispatched.

Correcting a shipping address

If you notice an error in your shipping address after finalising your order, email [email protected] immediately. Changing your shipping details may delay dispatch.
