Trimax Topper S3

Description

Description

For over 30 years, the Trimax Topper S3 has set the standard in pasture topping, now offering advanced features and upgrades for superior performance. Designed to cut pasture grass efficiently, the Trimax Topper S3’s small-diameter blades rotate at high speeds, delivering more cuts per meter compared to other pasture toppers. This high-speed cutting reduces travel distance for ejected material, while the machine’s generous under-body clearance means lower horsepower requirements. Equipped with Trimax’s exclusive Anti-Block System (ABS), it prevents blockages around spindles, even in tough conditions. The new automatic belt tensioner eliminates the need for manual adjustments, enhancing spindle drive power in tall grass. With a compact front-to-rear design, the Trimax Topper S3 mounts close to the tractor for a reduced turning radius, ideal for maneuvering in tight spaces and working with smaller tractors. Plus, with an industry-leading 3-year warranty, the Trimax Topper S3 outperforms any other pasture topper on the market.

Features

Easier Maintenance

• New latch system provides easier access to drive system and access to roller bearing grease nipple has been improved.

Auto Belt Tensioning

• Eliminates the need for belt adjustments and improves drive to the spindles and blades in longer grass.

Stand On Belt Covers

• Provides safe and easy access to the rear of the tractor when coupling.

Accurate Height System

• Height indicators are clearly displayed allowing for accurate and easy in field height adjustments.

Low Hp Requirements

• The open deck design for grass processing, efficient belt drive system, and a short mower front-to-rear allows for use on lower HP tractors.

3 Year Warranty

• We aim to build mowers that last and we back this up with a 3 year warranty which also includes the spindles and gearboxes. Our robust design, coupled with our experienced service and support network, ensure minimum downtime and more productivity.

LazerBladez™

• Achieves a superior cut and finish and is more cost-efficient than cylinder reels or solid blade beams.

Advanced Design

• The Topper is short front to rear with high underbody clearance and a clean ejection of cut grass.

Rear Roller

• Full-width rear roller prevents scalping, permits the edge of the mower to be run along curbs, adds to the overall safety, and produces striping.

Anti-Block System

• Deters long grass from catching and binding around the spindle restricting movement.

Improves Feed Quality

• Controls poor quality pasture by removing seed-heads and thistles and prevents reoccurrence.

High Spindle Speeds

• Results in significantly more cuts per forward meter of travel and a much finer clip.
